Kelli Blue Hill
LPc-S

I am delighted to offer professional and confidential counseling to members of my hometown and surrounding areas. It's my hope to help my clients notice the joyful moments in their lives, both big and small!

I am licensed with the State of Louisiana as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor.  I hold a Masters of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I am also a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Psychology.

I have experience working with all ages in both private practice and outpatient settings. I have worked with a multitude of struggles including depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, parenting struggles, trauma, and chronic mental illness. I am particularly passionate about helping adolescents learn to manage stress, cope with difficult feelings and transition into the next phase of life.

I am certified to provide Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction For Teens (MBSRT). In addition to my mental health training, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher. I firmly believe in the mind-body connection and gladly provide yoga sessions as an adjunct to therapy for those who inquire.

I accept commercial Aetna, Beacon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and private pay.

My private pay rate is $110/session.

When I am not working, I am spending time with my husband and kiddos. I love yoga, chapstick, podcasts and audiobooks.

Is your child angry, anxious, or struggling to adjust? Are they facing challenges in communicating or navigating through big emotions? My name is Kaleigh McMillan and I work with children (ages 5 and up), adolescents, and families dealing with a multitude of challenges. I have experience in working with anxiety, divorce, blended families, ADHD, and behavioral issues. I aspire to help others through showing compassion and creativity in each session. My goal is to help young people in the community, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside of each of you in this journey.

I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with the state of Louisiana and earned a master’s degree from Liberty University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I also earned a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Criminal Justice.

I see counseling as a journey and each theoretical approach used is unique to the needs of each client. I use evidence-based theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). I also incorporate creative interventions such as expressive art and play to make therapy a fun experience. I am passionate about researching interventions and approaches that fit the needs of each client including their interest, cultural background, religious views, and personal ideas. My goal is to create a safe place where children, adolescents, and families can grow and thrive.

When I am not working, I am spending time with my family and my fur babies. I love art, wood working, listening to audiobooks, and nature.
